Culture is like personality. Every company has a culture in the same way that every person has a personality.  What we do as leaders of a company building culture is actually much different than scanning a predetermined blueprint. At Cloudvisr, we allow culture to come out and be full. Good company cultures have leaders who are less restrictive and allow what is already there to breathe. Bad cultures have environments that put a lid on people and frustrate expression creating a negative vibe. Is like a tight muscle around the body spine that restricts the flow of the natural current through the nerves. You can still walk and talk but you don’t smile jump dance and generally act silly. Here at Cloudvisr we are mainly concerned with freeing that nerve up to flow to feel and move the muscles. We look for things that restrict the movement and we are working to remove them. We have found that celebration is like a good stretch loosen things up.
